Duiven, the Netherlands, October 26, 2015 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (NYSE Euronext: BESI; OTCQX: BESIY), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 6,274 of its ordinary shares during the period from Friday October 16, 2015 up to and including Monday October 26, 2015 at a weighted average price of € 15.93 for a total purchase amount of € 99,963. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 67,581 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 14.37 for a total purchase amount of € 971,169. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
