Duiven, the Netherlands, November 13, 2015 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (NYSE Euronext: BESI; OTCQX: BESIY), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 24,500 of its ordinary shares during the period from Thursday November 5, 2015 up to and including Friday November 13, 2015 at a weighted average price of € 19.96 for a total purchase amount of € 489,082. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 106,081 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 16.40 for a total purchase amount of € 1,739,604. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
