Duiven, the Netherlands, November 24, 2015 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (NYSE Euronext: BESI; OTCQX: BESIY), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 24,500 of its ordinary shares during the period from Monday November 16, 2015 up to and including Tuesday November 24, 2015 at a weighted average price of € 19.87 for a total purchase amount of € 486,743. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 130,581 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 17.05 for a total purchase amount of € 2,226,347. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
