Duiven, the Netherlands, December 3, 2015 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (NYSE Euronext: BESI; OTCQX: BESIY), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 24,500 of its ordinary shares during the period from Wednesday November 25, 2015 up to and including Thursday December 3, 2015 at a weighted average price of € 20.10 for a total purchase amount of € 492,570. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 155,081 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 17.53 for a total purchase amount of € 2,718,917. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
