Duiven, the Netherlands, December 14, 2015 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (Euronext Amsterdam: BESI; OTC: BESIY, Nasdaq International Designation), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 27,500 of its ordinary shares during the period from Friday December 4, 2015 up to and including Monday December 14, 2015 at a weighted average price of € 18.26 for a total purchase amount of € 502,200. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 182,581 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 17.64 for a total purchase amount of € 3,221,117. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
