Duiven, the Netherlands, February 3, 2016 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (Euronext Amsterdam: BESI; OTC: BESIY, Nasdaq International Designation), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 23,470 of its ordinary shares during the period from Tuesday January 26, 2016 up to and including Wednesday February 3, 2016 at a weighted average price of € 18.39 for a total purchase amount of € 431,674. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 345,458 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 17.60 for a total purchase amount of € 6,079,125. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
