Duiven, the Netherlands, April 29, 2016 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (Euronext Amsterdam: BESI; OTC markets: BESIY, Nasdaq International Designation), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 14,000 of its ordinary shares during the period from Tuesday April 26, 2016 up to and including Friday April 29, 2016 at a weighted average price of € 24.67 for a total purchase amount of € 345,391. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 568,831 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 19.36 for a total purchase amount of € 11,011,992. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
