As announced in Besi’s press release of October 27, 2016, Besi completed the share repurchase program announced on September 25, 2015 with this share repurchase.

The total number of shares repurchased under the program was 1,000,000 shares for a total consideration of € 22,463,061. Details are available on Besi’s website at www.besi.com/investor-relations/share-repurchase-program/

On October 27, 2016, Besi announced the initiation of a new share repurchase program of up to 1.0 million shares (2.7% of shares outstanding) until October 2017.
